Salaries, bonuses and other perks are making headlines. For the first time, the Federal Reserve can reject any compensation policies it believes encourage bank employees to take too much risk. This increased oversight will trickle down to all banks.
To be a high performing bank, you need to competitively compensate and reward your key people- even in a tough economy. How do you design a plan that meets the increased scrutiny and your goals? How can you finance a compensation plan that will enhance the overall bottom-line?
Join Sheshunoff Consulting + Solutions and Executive Compensation Institute for an informative 60 minute presentation, (and a live Q&A following) to get answers to these important questions from the convenience of your office. The discussion will focus on:
- Compensation plans that motivate your best and brightest to achieve the bank's growth goals
- Designing an executive compensation plan that addresses the current regulatory scrutiny
- How to fund an effective compensation strategy that increases profits and shareholder value
- Ensuring you have a compliant, up-to-date, and reasonable executive compensation plan
