Join this educational session to examine strategies for evaluating your current technology structure, related operational costs, and ways to manage technology costs. We will discuss how to:
- Consider your vendor in the current market of core providers.
- Measure your technology costs position
- Evaluate your current core vendor contract along with ancillary applications (e.g., ATM/EFT provider, electronic banking provider)
- Plan your technology structure over the next 3 to 5 years
