    • Change in $100 rule for funds availability
    • Change in Regulation Z exemption threshold

    • Revised FCRA and Regulation B adverse action and risk-based pricing notices
    • End of the SAFE Act registration period
    • Clarification of Regulation Z rate and payment Truth in Lending disclosures
