Generations X, Y & Z expect a lot from digital communications and technology. Like many small to mid-sized banks, you may know that you can’t ignore the mobile sector, but you may not appreciate that this sector is more than "mobile banking." How do you become a financial institution poised and ready to meet and exceed your customers’ expectations? This webinar will discuss practical services, technology and applications that will help move your financial institution forward. These technologies are not all bank specific. You must learn how people use smart phones to gather all kinds of information and ensure your bank is positioned to take advantage of these information technologies.

This session will:

  • Look at the cultural make up of Generations X, Y & Z
  • Discuss banking applications that utilize mobile and smart devices, including mobile and text banking, and mobile capture
  • Examine alternative payments and how they work with mobile and smart phones and their applications
  • Examine the way smart phones are used to gather and share information and ensure your bank participates in these
  • Examine exciting new smart phone applications that can differentiate your bank
  • Illustrate how to use mobile devices to capture new customers and strengthen existing relationships
