BIO: Sue Haviland

Sue Haviland is a National Reverse Mortgage Consultant based in Baltimore, MD and the founder of Reverse Mortgage Success, a leader in loan officer training and education on reverse mortgages.
Sue Haviland has worked in the lending industry since 1981. She has been originating reverse mortgages for the last 8 years and still originates loans every day. She has helped hundreds of families all over the country in the last several years. Sue also shares her knowledge of this market in presentations before the Wisconsin Mortgage Professionals Association, Women’s Council of Realtors, Philadelphia Mortgage Bankers Association, National Association of Professional Mortgage Women, October Research Corporation Seminars, and her local Board of Realtors as well as the public. She has written for such publications as Broker Agent on line magazine Mortgage Originator Magazine, Mortgage Planner Magazine, Mortgage Currentcy, and Mortgage Lending Compliance Alert, Broker Universe online and Reverse Review Magazine.
Sue teaches real estate professionals how to use reverse mortgages to build their business and give their senior clients a better quality of life. She holds the designation of CMI (Certified Mortgage Instructor) with the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women.
