The Academy of Professional Banking is an opportunity to improve your bank and build your career. As a participant in the Academy, you will develop a customized action plan that will help shape your ideas into new realities for your bank. Through the project, you will:

• Analyze current conditions and procedures
• Develop new approaches
• Test your solutions and track improvement

Three five-day sessions provide a thorough, professional, senior-level curriculum and a forum for discussions with your peers. An Academy project advisor will be available to help you by telephone and e-mail throughout the program. At the end of the course, you receive the Master of Professional Banking Certificate awarded by the Graduate School of Banking at LSU.
