We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant for our Banking Technology consulting practice. The successful candidate will lead/perform consulting engagements for financial institutions, as well as oversee engagements performed by our other consultants and mentor staff consultants. The successful candidate will also have extensive experience in performing the following types of consulting engagements for financial institutions:

• Technology vendor evaluation and selection
• Technology planning and strategy Risk Assessments
• Project management
• Policy and Controls Reviews
• Information Security Program Reviews

Required Experience and Skills

• 5+ years experience performing general technology consulting engagements and/or banking operations
• 3+ years banking experience as an employee and/or consultant with one of the core processing vendors (Fiserv, Jack Henry, Fidelity, Metavante)
• Bachelor's degree in a related subject, preference given to Graduate Banking School candidates
• CISSP and/or CISA certification a plus
• Experience and knowledge of Disaster Recovery and & Business Continuity planning
• Experience with laws, regulations, and guidance pertaining to financial institutions (FFIEC, GLBA, BSA/AML, etc.)
• Knowledge of generally accepted IT audit standards, statements and practices, and IT security and controls practices
• Good contacts/relationships with financial institution examiners a plus
• Considerable skill in project management
• Considerable skill in using office software (i.e., word processing, spreadsheet, and other business software) to prepare engagement reports
• Exposure to IT security software applications/tools
• Excellent customer-facing consulting skills
• Must be a self-starter and self-reliant with a strong work ethic
• Excellent decision-making, communication, presentation development and delivery, and time management skills
• Ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with co-workers, staff, and external contacts, and to work efficiently and effectively in a professional team environment
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time, primarily within the USA
