We are an IT consulting firm in the banking market looking for an IT Senior Consultant/Manager to join our team of professionals. As a member of our consulting team, you will work with our customers at their location in the field of enterprise security and systems management. Specifically, you will:

• Work directly with customers to deliver quality engagements around leading enterprise security software products such as NetIQ Security Manager, NetIQ Secure Configuration Manager and Microsoft Operations Manager (MoM).
• Manage project teams on larger solution implementations and consulting assignments.
• Supervise and/or perform the on-site installation, configuration and optimization of our partner software solutions.

Required Experience and Skills

• Strong technical background in Security, Security Incident Management (SIM), Security Monitoring, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Forensic analysis, Auditing and Log Management.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in consulting, product support or training in a high-tech environment or 5 years of experience in large scale IT Engineering\support for a Fortune 500 Organization.
• Previous Experience with other Security applications required.
• Previous Experience with NetIQ Security Manager, Vulnerability Manager, or Microsoft Operations Manager (MoM) preferred.
• Knowledge of Security Standards required.
• Strong Windows OS knowledge, UNIX experience preferred
• BS/BA degree
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
• Excellent customer-facing consulting skills
• Individual must be a self-starter and self-reliant
• CISSP certification a plus
• Excellent decision making, communication, presentation and time management skills.
