    Continuing Professional Education Credits

    PC-based attendees: Required: Windows® 2000, XP Home, XP Pro, 2003 Server, Vista
    Macintosh®-based attendees: Required: Mac OS® X 10.4 (Tiger®) or newer

    Phone Conference Registration Policy:
    If, for any reason, you feel that you cannot meet the minimum system requirements to participate in the web portion of a conference or wish to participate via telephone only, you may register for the phone-in portion only. All registered attendees will automatically receive an e-mail, a day or two before the conference date, with a link to download the presentation materials. Please call your Client Relationship Manager at 1-800-477-1772 if you have any questions.

    Pay by check:
    Want to register by Mail? Please download the registration form, fill it out and mail with your check to the address listed on the registration form. Mail in registrations must be received at least 48 hours prior to the webinar date to ensure timely registration. There is a $10 surcharge for mail in registrations, please add $10 to the listed webinar price. If you have any questions, please call 1-800-477-1772.

    Cancellation Policy:
    If you need to cancel your registration, you must contact Sheshunoff Consulting + Solutions 24 hours prior to the start of the webinar.     Multiple Participant/Location Policy:
    If you wish to register multiple participants from multiple locations, you may be eligible for a volume discount. Please call your Client Relationship Manager at 1-800-477-1772 for assistance.
